Self-Funded Option
If you are seeking talking therapy for yourself, a child or young person, we offer gentle, tailored support designed to meet each individual exactly where they are.
Our service provides a safe, inclusive, and understanding space for children, young people, and adults to explore their feelings, build confidence, and work through personal challenges at a pace that feels right for them.
We offer affordable counselling in person or online (16+). Our low-cost, not-for-profit service is designed to make emotional and mental health support accessible to those who may not meet referral criteria elsewhere or who prefer to seek help independently.
our self-funded option is tailored to individual needs, with no maximum number of sessions, and can usually be accessed within 1–2 weeks.

Sessions are delivered by experienced qualified counsellors or carefully supervised trainee therapists, ensuring safe, ethical, and evidence-based support.

Before offering a place, we complete an initial assessment to ensure this level of support is suitable. We recommend a minimum of 4 sessions, once you have been allocated a counsellor.

Payment for sessions will need to be made in advance.
If you would like to proceed with the self-funded option, please follow the link below or visit our Projects and Referrals page.
Once your referral has been accepted, we will be in touch to talk about your availability and arrange an assessment (assessments are charged at £20 payable before the assessment).
